TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to PickMyPay.

PickMyPay is operated by Parenthesys Technologies, Marol, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – 400059 (“Parenthesys Technologies”, “PickMyPay”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PickMyPay mobile application, website and related services.

By accessing or using PickMyPay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use PickMyPay.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law to use PickMyPay.

By using PickMyPay, you represent that you satisfy these requirements.

  1. ABOUT PICKMYPAY

PickMyPay is a payment-assistance and offer-discovery platform designed to help users understand available payment methods, offers, rewards, discounts and potential savings.

PickMyPay may provide features relating to:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Gift cards
  • UPI or other payment methods
  • Merchant and location-based offers
  • Rewards and discounts
  • Affiliate offers
  • Payment-method comparisons
  • AI-assisted or automated recommendations

Features may change, be added, restricted or discontinued over time.

  1. PICKMYPAY IS NOT A BANK OR FINANCIAL ADVISER

PickMyPay is not a bank, card issuer, payment network, investment adviser or financial adviser.

Information, recommendations, calculations and suggestions displayed through PickMyPay are provided for informational and assistance purposes.

They should not be treated as financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to complete a transaction.

  1. RECOMMENDATIONS AND OFFER ACCURACY

PickMyPay may recommend or highlight payment methods based on available information concerning cards, offers, merchants, rewards, location or other relevant factors.

Recommendations are intended to assist comparison and do not guarantee:

  • Offer eligibility
  • Acceptance by a merchant or issuer
  • Cashback or reward receipt
  • A particular savings amount
  • Successful payment
  • Availability of an offer
  • Accuracy of third-party information

Offers and card benefits can change without notice.

Before completing a transaction, you should review the current terms provided by the relevant bank, issuer, merchant, payment network or offer provider.

  1. SAVINGS AND REWARDS ESTIMATES

Savings, rewards, cashback or benefit amounts displayed by PickMyPay may be estimates.

Actual outcomes can depend on factors including eligibility, transaction amount, merchant classification, exclusions, caps, card variants, issuer rules and offer terms.

PickMyPay does not guarantee that an estimated benefit will be received.

  1. AI AND AUTOMATED FEATURES

PickMyPay may use automated systems or artificial-intelligence-assisted functionality to organize information, import information, identify relevant offers or provide recommendations.

Automated output may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You should verify important information before relying on it for a transaction or financial decision.

  1. USER ACCOUNTS

Some PickMyPay functionality requires an account.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate control over your device and account access.

You must provide accurate information where required and must not impersonate another person or use PickMyPay for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  1. PAYMENT-METHOD INFORMATION

PickMyPay may allow you to save limited information about cards, gift cards or other payment methods to provide comparison and recommendation functionality.

You must not intentionally provide PickMyPay with sensitive authentication credentials such as:

  • CVV/CVC
  • Card PIN
  • UPI PIN
  • Banking password
  • OTP

except where information is entered directly into an authorized third-party payment interface specifically designed to receive it.

PickMyPay does not require these credentials for ordinary recommendation functionality.

  1. LOCATION-BASED FEATURES

With your permission, PickMyPay may use device location to identify nearby merchants and provide location-relevant information or offers.

Location and merchant detection may be inaccurate because of GPS accuracy, device conditions, third-party data or other technical factors.

You should verify the merchant and offer before relying on a recommendation.

  1. THIRD-PARTY OFFERS AND SERVICES

PickMyPay may display information originating from banks, issuers, merchants, affiliate providers, payment providers or other third parties.

Third-party offers and services are subject to their own terms, eligibility criteria and privacy practices.

PickMyPay does not control independent third parties and cannot guarantee continued availability or accuracy of their offers or services.

  1. AFFILIATE LINKS

Some links displayed through PickMyPay may be affiliate links.

If you choose to open an eligible affiliate link and subsequently make a qualifying purchase or perform another qualifying action, Parenthesys Technologies may receive a commission or other benefit from an affiliate partner.

Use of an external merchant or affiliate destination is subject to the third party’s terms and privacy practices.

The existence of an affiliate relationship does not guarantee that an offer is the best available option for every user or transaction.

  1. PAYMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROVIDERS

Where payment functionality is made available, some payment operations may be facilitated by independent payment providers.

Those providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, security controls and processing rules.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PickMyPay does not itself issue payment cards or operate as your bank or card network.

Features that are experimental, demonstrative, sandboxed or unavailable in a production release should not be interpreted as availability of a live payment service.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not:

  • Use PickMyPay for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Interfere with PickMyPay’s security or operation
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where permitted by law
  • Submit malicious content or code
  • Abuse offers or affiliate functionality
  • Attempt to manipulate recommendations, rewards or service providers
  • Use another person’s account without authorization

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, PickMyPay or third parties.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

PickMyPay and its original software, branding, designs, content and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Parenthesys Technologies, except for third-party materials.

Names, logos, trademarks and content belonging to banks, merchants, networks and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance in PickMyPay does not necessarily imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

  1. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

PickMyPay may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, security measures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

  1. PRIVACY

Use of PickMyPay is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, shared, retained and protected and how you may contact us regarding privacy or account deletion.

  1. ACCOUNT DELETION AND TERMINATION

You may request deletion of your PickMyPay account using the deletion functionality available in the application or the off-app deletion process described on our Account Deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, security threats, material violation of these Terms or applicable legal requirements.

Certain records may need to be retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary for applicable legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

  1. DISCLAIMERS

PickMyPay is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Every offer will be accurate or available
  • Every recommendation will produce the maximum possible benefit
  • Every merchant will be correctly detected
  • Every third-party service will remain available
  • The application will always operate without interruption or error

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Parenthesys Technologies will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on inaccurate third-party offer information, unavailable third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

If you have a complaint or dispute concerning PickMyPay, please first contact Parenthesys Technologies so that we can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Subject to applicable mandatory laws and consumer-protection rights, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or use of PickMyPay.

Nothing in this section restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in PickMyPay, applicable requirements or our business practices.

When material changes are made, we may update the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate or required.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
